At KalaCraft Official, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are handcrafted and handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or artwork are natural and are not considered defects.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges only in cases where the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The following conditions must be met to be eligible:

  • The product must be damaged or defective
  • Minor shade, color, or artwork differences are not considered defects
  • A clear, uncut, and unedited parcel opening video is mandatory
  • The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Please reach out to us on our WhatsApp number or email id shared on the website for product return or replacement

Parcel Opening Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and fair resolution, we strictly require customers to record an opening video of the parcel as guided by our shipping partners.

The video must:

  • Start from the sealed package
  • Clearly show the unboxing process
  • Be continuous, uncut, and unedited

Our quality team will review the video before approving any return or exchange request.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Customer submits a request with the parcel opening video within 5 days of delivery
  2. Our quality team reviews the request and makes a decision
  3. If approved, we arrange the return pickup or provide return instructions
  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected:

    A replacement item is dispatched or
    A refund is processed, as requested by the customer

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received by us
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Items

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
  • Products with minor handcrafted variations
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Requests without a valid parcel opening video

Important Notes

  • KalaCraft Official reserves the right to accept or reject return or exchange requests
  • International shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes (if any) are non-refundable
