At KalaCraft Official, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner while maintaining the authenticity and craftsmanship of our products.

Order Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order and handcrafted by skilled local artisans. Due to this, order processing may take 7–10 business days, except for products that are already in stock, which are processed faster.

We source directly from artisans who work in limited quantities to ensure quality and authenticity.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery:

  • Within India: DTDC and other trusted domestic couriers
  • International Orders: DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, UPS, and similar international carriers

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking ID / AWB number to track your shipment.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic (India): Orders generally reach customers within 5–7 working days after dispatch
  • International Orders: Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on customs clearance and destination country

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier issues.

International Shipping & Customs Duties

  • We provide door-to-door delivery for all international orders
  • Custom duties, taxes, or import charges, if applicable, are levied by the destination country’s government and must be borne by the customer
  • Local delivery agents may contact you if your shipment qualifies for customs duty

KalaCraft Official is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking link or ID sent to your registered email address once the product is shipped.
